In order to convert from another satellite Internet service to a VSAT3100 , you must convert your service to TicoSAT. You may at that time, if desired, add a public IP address.
You will need to contact your current satellite services vendor (Hughes or other reseller) in order to cancel your existing agreement and have the unit de-commissioned prior to signing up for TicoSAT service.
It is important to note that you may incur an early termination penalty
for disconnecting your service with your current provider prior to the
end of your service agreement, if applicable.
If the current dish location cannot accommodate a look-angle to one of the three satellites, then the dish itself must be relocated to obtain the proper angle and this may create additional charges.

Once the paperwork is finished and received by our billing department TicoSAT will pre-commission a VSAT3100 and ship out to the customers shipping address.
