Advanced engineering support for multi-computer installations, network design, firewall configuration and management, NAT, DHCP and router issues or issues covered by the support CD is also available for a reasonable charge.
TicoSAT advanced engineering support saves you money because it is only paid for when or if it is used, and is billed on a convenient per-minute basis.
Any TicoSAT hardware that is diagnosed as defective is replaced via next-day overnight shipping, and TicoSAT is authorized to provide expedited warranty replacement through its central service depot.
